In Brazilian Portuguese, the conditional tense (also called future of the preterit) is mostly regular — it’s formed by adding the same set of endings to the infinitive form of the verb:
-ia, -ia, -íamos, -iam
It’s used to express, “would”.
She said she would do it tomorrow. ➜ Ela disse que fazeria amanhã.
